How do I go about booking your cleaning service?
You can simply call us on 321-209-0711 , by E-Mail , or complete our 'contact us' form and indicate how and when you would like us to respond to you. We will respond within 12 hrs to your inquiry. We value your privacy and will never share your information.
Are your cleaners trained?
All of our cleaners are trained in house prior to being allowed to service our customers.
Your personal clean team will always be the same unless an unforeseen circumstance occurs and we have to make a temporary adjustment to your normal clean team.
Your first cleaning will consist of your clean team and an area manager to confirm all duties and responsibilities meet your expectations.
Do I need to be home when you clean?
This is entirely your choice. We recommend that you are home to meet your cleaner(s) for your initial cleaning to ensure that we are a good fit for each other. After one or two cleanings, many of our clients will leave or provide us with a house key, so that we can clean while you are at work or attending to other responsibilities.
Regardless of whether you are home or not, you will receive the same cleaner(s) for each and every scheduled home cleaning.
How long will it take to clean my house or apartment?
Unfortunately there is no one easy answer; this really depends on your home and how much cleaning is needed to leave it sparkling. Each home is different, and so are the cleaning requirements of each homeowner. Need laundry done? Have multiple pets?
Do you require a deep cleaning or a general cleaning?
With questions such as these it is hard to provide an exact time frame. (Average 5 Bed, 2 Bath Home Takes Approximately 4 hours)
How many cleaners should I expect will be cleaning my home?
Depending on the size of your house and type of cleaning selected you will have either one or two cleaner(s) cleaning your home.
For accountability and our teams safety we will almost always ensure that there are at least two cleaners at a minimum per household.
What is your guarantee policy?
We have cleaned hundreds of homes and are assured that you will be extremely satisfied with our initial cleaning service. If you do not like any aspect of your home cleaning we will come back to clean again… for free*. If you are still not satisfied then we will give you a partial/complete refund as long as contacted within 48 hours of the initial home cleaning.* A lot of our business comes from referrals and we take great pride in that. With our bonded and insured cleaners and money back guarantee you have nothing to fear. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority.
How do I go about payment for my cleaning?
Easy, You can either pay us by credit card when you first book a cleaning or you can pay in cash, check, or money order.
Please make any checks payable to All Over Clean. We accept most major credit cards and our virtual terminal is 100% secure.
Remember, we will not charge your credit card until after our housekeepers have finished cleaning your home. Debit/Credit card payments are subject to a $5 processing fee per clean.
ACH / Bank Transfers / and QuickBooks Online Payments are FREE.
Are your cleaners insured and bonded?
Absolutely! Our cleaners carry liability insurance up to $1,000,000 per incident and are bonded up to $25,000. They all come with a minimum of three years residential/commercial cleaning experience and come with glowing references from past clients. We are very proud that, to date we have never had to file a claim for damaged or stolen property since inception.
All of our cleaners have been cleared through state and federal background checks via LiveScan. You are safe with us!
